Janitorial Staffing

Every facility has different cleaning and maintenance needs. Cappstone works with you to determine the right level of staffing and services for your facility.

Our trained staff can help with routine cleaning, trash removal, restroom maintenance, restocking, and other day-to-day tasks that help keep your facility running smoothly.

Day Porter Services

Day porters provide ongoing cleaning and maintenance support during business hours. They help keep high-traffic areas clean and address cleaning needs as they come up throughout the day.

Day porter services can include:

• Cleaning and maintaining restrooms
• Emptying trash and recycling
• Restocking paper products and other supplies
• Cleaning entryways and common areas
• Spot cleaning floors and high-traffic areas
• Wiping down high-touch surfaces
• Responding to spills and other cleaning needs

Maintenance Porter Services

Maintenance porters provide additional support for facilities that need ongoing cleaning and upkeep throughout the day. They can assist with routine tasks and help address cleaning needs before they become bigger issues.

Services may include trash and recycling removal, restroom upkeep, supply restocking, common-area cleaning, and general facility maintenance support.

Staffing Plans Built Around Your Facility

Your staffing needs depend on the size of your facility, the number of people using it, operating hours, and the level of cleaning required. Cappstone can help develop a staffing plan that fits your facility and schedule.

Whether you need a dedicated porter every day or additional support during busy hours, we can adjust services to meet your needs.
